Christina Abou-Kalam is responsible for the planning, development, and oversight of Alcovi Capital’s human resources programs and practices. She plays a key strategic and operational role by ensuring legal compliance, developing HR policies and processes, and fostering a high-performing, engaging workplace culture.

A graduate of the Université de Montréal with a degree in Industrial Relations and a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés (CRIA), Christina brings extensive expertise in labour relations, management coaching, occupational health and safety, as well as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.

Recognized for her versatility, attentive approach, and collaborative leadership style, Christina plays an integral role in strengthening Alcovi Capital’s human resources function. Her people-focused, solutions-oriented mindset supports the organization’s continued growth, employee engagement, and long-term organizational performance.
