    • co-ordination with the various operators: hotel, stores, office and residential blocks, and event spaces;
    • management of technical emergencies and critical responses in an environment where any outage affects multiple stakeholders;
    • planning and execution of improvement, upgrading and energy optimization projects;
    • complete regulatory compliance including inspections, safety protocols and risk management.
