Pamela McCrea provides strategic leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence for Espace Montmorency, a mixed-use development encompassing nearly 1.3 million square feet. As General Manager, she leads a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to tenants, residents, visitors, and business partners while ensuring the efficient management of operations and the property’s financial performance.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, Pamela has developed recognized expertise in the operation of complex real estate assets, financial management, asset optimization, project management, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has overseen a portfolio exceeding 5 million square feet and led the implementation of industry-leading certifications, including BOMA BEST®, WELL, LEED®, and Parksmart.
