Johanne Cloutier oversees lease administration across Alcovi Capital’s real estate portfolio. She coordinates activities between leasing teams, the developer’s legal teams, Alcovi Capital’s operations teams, and external legal counsel to ensure the accurate administration of lease agreements and related documentation. Her responsibilities include managing legal documentation, validating lease data, conducting lease audits, maintaining lease databases, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of portfolio information.

With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate spanning the office, industrial, and retail sectors, Johanne has developed extensive expertise in lease administration, legal document review, and due diligence. Throughout her career, she has overseen the administration of a real estate portfolio totaling nearly 21 million square feet.
