Joe Cella

With more than 25 years of experience across multiple sectors, Joe Cella is recognized for his leadership, operational excellence, ability to foster growth and skill in developing productive and motivated teams. His career spans engineering, information technology and asset management, backed by a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Concordia University in Montréal.

A co-founder and partner of ALCOVI Capital Inc., Joe pilots the company by applying a vision centred on sustainable performance of assets, operational excellence and creation of environments that evolve along with the needs of their occupants. His distinctive leadership style draws on entrepreneurial thinking, keen judgment, unwavering consistency and a proven ability to mobilize teams around clear objectives with a long-term focus.

For nearly 15 years, he has played a central role in the growth of ALCOVI, which is now recognized as a major, respected player in property management in Greater Montréal, thanks in part to quality execution and  responsiveness to the needs of institutional clients.
