Geoff brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and asset management. He leverages extensive expertise in complex developments and multi-site environments to support the strategic direction and long-term performance of Alcovi Capital’s real estate portfolio.

His expertise spans financial structuring, contract negotiations, declarations of co-ownership, easements, condominium governance, and ESG initiatives. Throughout his career, Geoff has held several executive leadership positions, including Vice President roles in the residential real estate and luxury hospitality sectors. His international career also earned him recognition as Hotelier of the Year in Canada.

Recognized for his strategic judgment, long-term vision, and ability to successfully deliver complex projects, Geoff plays a key role in advancing major initiatives that enhance the value, performance, and sustainability of Alcovi Capital’s portfolio.
