Frédéric Larivière

Frédéric Larivière leads the Technical Services team for Alcovi Capital’s real estate portfolio. He oversees building performance, regulatory compliance, and asset optimization, with responsibility for building systems, CAPEX and OPEX programs, energy efficiency initiatives, contractor management, and health and safety. Working closely with the property management teams, he helps maximize asset value, enhance the tenant experience, and proactively address technical and operational challenges.

A professional engineer with an MBA, Frédéric brings extensive experience in real estate asset management, technical operations, and project management. Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale real estate portfolios, led multidisciplinary teams, and delivered initiatives focused on improving building performance and operational efficiency.

Recognized for his collaborative leadership, strategic mindset, and solution-oriented approach, Frédéric plays a key role in ensuring the long-term performance, safety, and sustainability of Alcovi Capital’s real estate portfolio.
