Chantal Lacoste

Chantal has more than 30 years’ experience in accounting for real estate, including over 20 years in senior positions with companies including GE Capital Real Estate, Dundee Realty Management and Polaris. She joined ALCOVI in 2013, supervising  real estate accounting, treasury, and financial processes relating to assets under management.

Her expertise encompasses financial analysis, expense statement preparation, budget management and audit co-ordination. She is known for her diligence, consistency and ability to manage stable, compliance-driven financial operations in complex real estate environments.

Chantal works closely with the in-house teams, asset managers and external partners to deliver sound financial reporting and efficient compliance with accounting requirements. Her firm grasp of operational issues and keen eye for detail directly contribute to the performance and accuracy of the finance unit.
